What TB-500 refers to
TB-500 is a synthetic research peptide modeled on thymosin beta-4, a small protein found in most animal cells that binds actin, the building block of the cell’s internal scaffolding. The name is generally applied to material built around the short actin-binding motif of thymosin beta-4 rather than the full 43-residue protein, and researchers use it to study what that short region does on its own.
Questions researchers have asked
Because actin governs how cells change shape and move, thymosin beta-4 and its fragments have been investigated in cell-migration assays, in studies of new blood-vessel growth, and in animal models of skin, cardiac and soft-tissue repair. These remain preclinical lines of inquiry. Results in one model do not carry over automatically to another, which is why careful labs keep the material, the lot and the conditions consistent across experiments.
Reading this grid
TB-500 appears in more Resolve products than almost any other compound, so it helps to sort them by what else they contain.
TB-500 on its own
The TB-500 capsules list the amount per capsule and the number of capsules per container. They are the simplest choice when TB-500 is the only variable being studied.
Paired with BPC-157
The BPC-157 + TB-500 blend is offered three ways: a lyophilized vial, capsules and a liquid spray labeled by bottle contents. Each keeps the two peptides together in a fixed ratio.
Wider blends
GLOW (vial and capsules) combines TB-500 with GHK-Cu and BPC-157. KLOW, a vial, adds KPV to that trio. These suit work that compares multi-peptide formulations against single compounds.
Certificates
Every lot carries a certificate of analysis. Start from the lot number on your label and look for the report with that same number in the COA / Lab Reports section. Reports are being posted as they come in. For blends, confirm that the certificate lists each component, not only TB-500.
