What is IGF-1 LR3 liquid spray?
IGF-1 LR3 carries an arginine substitution at position 3 and a 13-amino-acid N-terminal extension, which sharply reduces binding to IGF-binding proteins and extends its activity. Handling very small quantities of a potent protein is one of the challenges with lyophilized IGF-1 LR3 vials; the pre-dissolved spray supplies it at a fixed, low concentration. A pre-dissolved format is useful where handling very small quantities of powder would add variability.
The labeled content is the total amount of compound dissolved in the full 30 mL bottle, so the concentration is that amount divided by 30 mL.
